- The problem is that every time you tell Win95 to dial the modem is resets
- it with the defalt configuration, which includes a factory reset at&f. I
- believe it set volume to L1 but you can make sure by going into 'Control
- Panel' then 'Modems'. Choose 'Advanced', in there you can enter your own
- AT commands that with override Win95 default.
