  24. The problem is that every time you tell Win95 to dial the modem is resets 
  25. it with the defalt configuration, which includes a factory reset at&f.  I 
  26. believe it set volume to L1 but you can make sure by going into 'Control 
  27. Panel' then 'Modems'.  Choose 'Advanced', in there you can enter your own 
  28. AT commands that with override Win95 default.
